At Silver Wall Art we always work with a passion to ensure our products are made and packed with care, to deliver a product that we hope you’ll love, but should you change your mind or find your expectations have not been met, you have 14 days to return your item(s) for a refund or replacement.

Returns policy: here’s how it works

  • Simply email us to let us know you’d like to return your item(s)
  • Please send back your order using a recognised courier and keep a note of the tracking number.
  • Repack the item(s) in the original packaging they came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition as received.
  • Once we receive your returned order, we will replace it or arrange a refund.
  • We process all refunds within 5 working days
