RETURNS POLICY

At Silver Wall Art we always work with a passion to ensure our products are made and packed with care, to deliver a product that we hope you'll love, but should you change your mind or find your expectations have not been met, you have 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.

To make this process easier for you we provide Royal Mail return labels for smaller parcels and can arrange collections through Parcelforce for larger item(s) Please note we will cover the return cost of one parcel per order, but if you have ordered several items there will be a cost to you for returning more than one.

Returns policy: here's how it works

  • Simply email us to let us know you’d like to return your item(s)
  • We'll then send you step-by-step instructions on how to return your item(s)
  • Repack the item(s) in the original packaging they came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition as received.
  • Once we receive your returned order, we will replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs
  • We process all refunds within 5 working days

Please note, we are unable to offer returns for artworks with bespoke alterations.

At Silver Wall Art we are always evaluating and improving our products and services, so we really value all feedback – good or bad. We aim to respond to complaints within a maximum of 5 working days.
