CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOUR?
Yes, most of the designs are available in a number of alternative colours.
Orders with colour alterations may take a few days longer to process.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
No quibble, if you don't like your artwork you have 14 days to let us know.
We will issue a return postage label or arrange collection and on return issue a full refund. More info here.
HOW DO YOU SEND THE ARTWORKS?
We use bespoke packaging solutions that offer maximum protection for the artwork during transit.
We rarely experience issues, but in the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible as a priority.
DO YOU PROVIDE FIXINGS?
We have brackets attached to all the metal artworks for easy installation. Canvas artworks can be hung directly on their frameworks.
We don't provide screws as all walls are different – for larger artworks we recommend using raw plugs, or anchor plugs for cavity stud walls.
HOW HEAVY ARE THE LARGE METAL ARTWORKS?
It varies on the design, most ‘oversofa' large artwork sizes weigh approximately 6kg.
All our larger artworks are light enough to be hung with just two screws and the correct raw plugs, even on hollow plasterboard stud walls.
CAN THE LONG METAL ‘OVERSOFA' ARTWORKS BE HUNG VERTICALLY?
Yes, in the notes section on your order just specify you want to do this and we'll position the brackets to accommodate hanging in a vertical position.
Brackets can be moved easily on all artworks that have them – all of our artworks can be hung in any orientation.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
We Deliver Free Of Charge for all orders over £35 to mainland UK addresses.
Orders under £35 have a £4.50 delivery charge.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2-4 working days, using either a next working day service, or 48 hour for artworks longer than 1.4m and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for smaller parcels.
Bespoke colour matching and commissioned artworks will take a little longer.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
We only process orders through our website. Our checkout allows all major Credit and Debit cards.
You don't need to set up a PayPal Account to order.
CAN WE SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO DISCUSS ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, but our studio is very noisy and we don't have the luxury of a soundproof office – our first point of contact is email, email@example.com

DO YOU HAVE A GALLERY WE CAN VISIT?
Unfortunately not, we focus on our online store to offer the widest selection at the best possible price.
Samples can be arranged on request.
DO WE SUPPLY TO TRADE?
It's not the focus of our business but we are happy to discuss opportunities. We have over 20 years experience designing artworks for Galleries, Furniture Stores and Department Stores.
We are happy to discuss further discounts for larger orders and for Interior Designers who order regularly.

Yes, but for delivery outside mainland UK please contact us.
